The Sunrise PTO coordinates many activities for students and our school:
Movie Night, Bake Sale, Spring Carnival and other fundraisers.

Sunrise Elementary PTT Mission Statement

As members of the Sunrise PTO, our goal is to foster a positive atmosphere for students, staff, and parents by:

· Assisting teachers with special projects and events

· Finding and executing fundraising opportunities that fund educational and recreational school activities, such as, and not limited to:

· Helping teachers and staff in organizing family enrichment and activity nights to cultivate a sense of community and school spirit

Help teachers with special projects
Assist teachers with celebrations (parties, graduation, holiday projects)
Plan and execute fundraising opportunities
Fund the purchase of educational & recreational school items (fieldtrips, A.R. tests and prizes, document cameras, etc.)
Plan special events

What are the PTO goals for this school year?

Create a sense of community at Sunrise
Continue to be able to fund Sunrise classroom’s field trips, prizes, special assemblies, etc.
Find new and exciting ways to incorporate fundraising into the school year
Support the “Spring Carnival” in May
Create positive change for the school
Encourage parent involvement in school activities
